My profound knowledge in informatics allows me to understand complex problems and elaborate appropriate customer-oriented solutions. Since August 2016, I am a team member dealing with the analysis of software-intensive systems, definition of new requirements and development of comprehensive architectures.

Thomas Bläsing has been working for team as a partner since 2017 and accompanies complex integration projects in various roles. He uses the combination of theoretical knowledge, practical experience and insights from being a trainer and lecturer on a wide range of topics in order to provide customers with the best possible advice in their projects.

is a specialist in consulting project-and process-oriented organisations and in managing complex and challenging projects. He enjoys holding project management trainings and conducting team development workshops. Hannes studied IT at the Technical University of Vienna and is a PMI-certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and an IPMA-certified Senior PM (cSPM).

Since June 2004 partner of team. His focus is working as a project manager for international communication projects in a safety-critical environment with public safety, rail and military. He holds a PMP certification (PMI) and occasionally acts as an authorised expert for insurance companies and in court.

As a graduate computer scientist I contribute based on my experience in IT consulting, especially in requirements engineering, design of technical solutions, and project management. Since March 2018 I am part of team with the current focus on projects in the field of smart meters.

Since 2013 I reinforce team with mobile communications and telecom projects, especially in the rail sector (GSM-R). I take advantage of my many years and extensive experience mainly at the telecommunications sector in the standardisation and development, the solution management as well the technical sales through regulatory issues.

Since the beginning of 2017, I have been supporting team as project/management assistant parallel to my studies of project and IT management. My tasks include project controlling and project support as well as the assistence in preparation of tender documents.

Since October 2018, after graduating in computer science with focus on intelligent information systems and data science, I am part of team and working on projects in the field of public transport/Rail, which is currently also a research field of my PhD study in computer science at the JKU Linz.

With the background of a computer science degree, I have accumulated over 30 years of experience as a consultant in various industries. Today, my focus is on supporting technical projects – mainly in the energy sector and telecommunications.
