For many years he profited from his ability to manage challenging tasks in a subsidiary of the Wiener Stadtwerke (public utility company). Since 2001 he is in the hotbed of innovative technology Frequentis. team is his vision of a modern planning and consulting company.

In team’s back office I am supporting my colleagues “on the front lines” since 2012. My sound business education, working several years abroad as well as work activities with international management consultancies provide the optimal basis for my work tasks with team.

The development of team to a successful consulting company was and is my goal since joining team in the year 2003. Holding a PhD in Computer Science and as a second managing partner, I focus on projects in the IT area and, according to my personal expertise, on the domains Road and Aviation.

As a freelance consultant and network partner of the team, I have more than 25 years of experience in the tele­communications industry and can contribute to customer projects. This includes the strategy, conception / design and implementation in commercial mobile / fixed networks and in Professional Mobile Radio.

Michael Bauer has been working for team since April 2019. With his Know-How and experience, he supports customers to ensure the project success in terms of time/quality/costs. His focus is primarily on remote control, automation and digitization.

My profound knowledge in informatics allows me to understand complex problems and elaborate appropriate customer-oriented solutions. Since August 2016, I am a team member dealing with the analysis of software-intensive systems, definition of new requirements and development of comprehensive architectures.

Thomas Bläsing has been working for team as a partner since 2017 and accompanies complex integration projects in various roles. He uses the combination of theoretical knowledge, practical experience and insights from being a trainer and lecturer on a wide range of topics in order to provide customers with the best possible advice in their projects.

is a specialist in consulting project-and process-oriented organisations and in managing complex and challenging projects. He enjoys holding project management trainings and conducting team development workshops. Hannes studied IT at the Technical University of Vienna and is a PMI-certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and an IPMA-certified Senior PM (cSPM).

Since June 2004 partner of team. His focus is working as a project manager for international communication projects in a safety-critical environment with public safety, rail and military. He holds a PMP certification (PMI) and occasionally acts as an authorised expert for insurance companies and in court.

As a graduate computer scientist I contribute based on my experience in IT consulting, especially in requirements engineering, design of technical solutions, and project management. Since March 2018 I am part of team with the current focus on projects in the field of smart meters.
